What if the weather gets bad?
If the weather gets too bad for us to make it into the office, I will reschedule us to meet virtually or offer to reschedule your session to another day. I want us to all stay safe!
What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment and miss my appointment?
I know life gets busy or in the way sometimes, however, I ask that cancelations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled session and miss your appointment, there will be a fee of $100.00.
What insurances do you accept?
This will be updated as I enter into network with insurance plans. I also encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to make sure they will cover your sessions. It is better to plan ahead than to have surprises!

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Per Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), we have a No Surprises Act, outlined as follows:
“If you don’t have health insurance or you plan to pay for health care bills yourself, generally, health care providers and facilities must give you an estimate of expected charges when you schedule an appointment for a health care item or service, or if you ask for an estimate. This is called a “good faith estimate.”
